ABOUT US

The UPLIFT Institute, on Domestic and International Policies, is an Initiative under the Uplift Community Foundation which serves as an Independent research Institute committed to publishing its findings for Public dissemination and use as a public resource.

Through conferences, public forums, media, publications and other various activities, it will serve as an institutional platform and “Think Tank” for conducting public forums and symposiums. The ultimate goal of The UPLIFT Institute is to bridge the gap between academia and the public policy sphere in order to facilitate both sides in making sound research and policy decisions. By creating a nexus between scholars and decision makers, the Institute will also serve as a clearinghouse of research and policy data accessible by both the private and public sector for the advancement of logical and effective policy formulation and implementation.

It’s purpose is to research, analyze and make available it findings to the communities we serve, local, executive, congressional and judicial branches of government. Our findings will be made available to the various forms of national, and international media.  We also collaborate with and exchange research and policy development with other local, national and international research policy institutes and forums.
